Men's Track & Field Captures 12 Indoor All-CC Honors

HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Centennial Conference announced its 2026 Men's Indoor Track & Field All-Conference selections following the championship meet, with Haverford earning multiple honorees across distance, sprints, hurdles, field events, and the heptathlon.

First-year Simon Lane earned First Team All-Centennial honors after capturing the conference title in the 3,000 meters with a winning time of 8:29.81. Junior Luke de Valpine also secured First Team recognition by winning the 5,000 meters in a season-best 14:53.78.

Haverford's distance medley relay of Owen Bluman, Micah Lachman, Thomas Fendig, and Lane earned First Team All-Centennial honors after winning the event in 10:01.55, the eighth-fastest time in program history. Fendig added Honorable Mention All-Centennial recognition with a third-place finish in the 400 meters (49.97). Bluman earned Honorable Mention after placing third in the mile in 4:20.23, while Lachman secured Honorable Mention with a third-place showing in the 3,000 meters (8:36.68).

Samuel Lin garnered Honorable Mention accolades in the 60-meter hurdles with a third-place finish in 8.70, while Jory Lee was named Honorable Mention in the triple jump after placing third with a mark of 14.20 meters (46 feet, 7.25 inches). Jason Mayo rounded out the All-Centennial selections for the Fords with Honorable Mention honors in the heptathlon following a podium finish in the multi-event competition.

Jonah Hoffmann-Weitsman represented Haverford on the Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team.

Major award winners were selected by a vote of the conference's head coaches, while First Team, Second Team, and Honorable Mention All-Centennial honors were determined by finish at the Centennial Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships. Individual and relay gold medalists earned First Team recognition, silver medalists were named to the Second Team, and bronze medalists received Honorable Mention status.

Dickinson's Trevor Richwine was named Track Athlete of the Year, while Sebastian Tangelson of Johns Hopkins University earned Field Athlete of the Year honors. Blue Jay first-year Caleb Tenney was selected as Rookie of the Year, and the Johns Hopkins coaching staff was named Coaching Staff of the Year.
