Box Score 2 COLLEGEVILLE & CARLISLE, Pa. — The No. 25 Haverford College men's tennis team (5-7, 3-0 CC) delivered two dominant performances on Saturday afternoon, blanking Ursinus (7-3, 0-1 CC), 7–0, before shutting down Dickinson (2-9, 0-1) 7-0, improving the Fords' Centennial Conference record to 3-0.

Haverford wasted no time seizing control, taking two of three doubles matches to claim the early advantage. The Fords opened with a strong showing at first doubles, as Marko Arboleda and Roberto Vazquez cruised to a 6–1 victory over the Bears' Deniz Finkel and Bogdan Maksimovic.. Shortly after, Stefan Johnson and Caden Hsia secured the doubles point for the Scarlet and Black with a 6–2 win at second doubles against Russell Nour and Noah Dichter. Ursinus picked up its lone doubles victory at third doubles, where Pierce Rohlfing and Teddy Snyder edged Lucio Kombo and Maxfield Ma by a 7–5 scoreline.
In singles play, Haverford asserted complete control, sweeping all six matches to seal the shutout. Kombo was the first to claim a singles victory, rolling past Dichter at fourth singles with a dominant 6–1, 6–1 victory in just 37 minutes. Arboleda followed at first singles, finishing off Snyder 6–2, 6–3, while Hsia then secured a 3–6, 6–3, 6–4 triumph over Nour at third singles.
Johnson came next at second singles, rallying from a set down to defeat Finkel 4–6, 6–3, 6–2. Nemali followed at fifth singles, earning a 6–4, 6–1 win over Fassbender, and Ma closed the match at sixth singles with a 6–4, 6–3 triumph over Bogdan to complete the sweep.

In doubles play, the Fords struck early and controlled the momentum to secure the opening point, winning two of three matches in order of completion. Chait Krishna and Aarush Kumar were first off the courts at third doubles, cruising to a 6–0 win over Sandro Buskhrikidze and Jack Weaver. Alejandro Rodriguez and Zach Miano followed at second doubles with a 6–2 victory over Eddy Chow and Drew Allen, before Teo Bortan and Nikhil Lavu clinched the doubles point at first doubles, edging Lucas Bogle and David Daraban 7–6 (7-0).
In singles action, Haverford completed the sweep by winning all six matches against the Red Devils.
Rodriguez was first to record a singles point, dominating Weaver 6–1, 6–1 at fifth singles. Wolff followed at sixth singles with a 6–1, 6–1 win over Chow, while Kumar added another straight-set victory at third singles, 6–2, 6–0 over Allen.
Miano came next at fourth singles, outlasting Buskhrikidze 6–1, 4–6, 6–2. Lavu followed at first singles, holding off Bogle 6–4, 7–5, and Bortan closed out the match at second singles, outlasting Daraban 4–6, 6–4, 1-0 (11–9) to complete the 7–0 sweep.
Following the two-match day, the Fords will next be in action on Saturday, March 28, at 3 p.m, where they will host Gettysburg at the Villanova Tennis Complex during ITA College Tennis Weekend.
