HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's soccer team has earned the 2025-26 United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award, the organization announced on Friday. The Fords led all NCAA men's soccer programs with a nation-best 3.84 team grade point average.

Haverford's 3.84 GPA topped all 326 NCAA men's programs recognized by United Soccer Coaches, highlighting the program's commitment to excellence in the classroom alongside its success on the field, where the Fords went 10-0-10 in 2025. 

United Soccer Coaches recognized 777 collegiate soccer teams (326 men's, 451 women's) with the Team Academic Award for the 2025-26 academic year after each posted a team grade point average of at least 3.0. Additionally, 175 institutions had both their men's and women's soccer programs earn the distinction, including Haverford.

To be eligible for the United Soccer Coaches Team Academic Award, a program must achieve a composite team grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale for all student-athletes listed on its official roster during the fall season.
