NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. - Haverford college women's lacrosse senior defender Lauren Anderson has been selected to participate in the 2026 IWLCA Division III Senior All-Star Game, as announced by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association in a release on Wednesday afternoon. Anderson was named to the NCAA Division III White Team and will compete on Saturday, May 30 at USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. Game time is slated for 10 a.m.
Named an IWLCA All-American last week, Anderson anchored Haverford's defense throughout the 2026 campaign while starting all 21 contests for the Scarlet and Black. A senior captain and dual-sport standout from Bala Cynwyd, Pa., Anderson also earned First Team All-Centennial Conference honors after tallying 54 ground balls, 24 caused turnovers, and 10 draw controls. She finished second in the Centennial Conference in ground balls and ranked 10th in caused turnovers.
Anderson posted three games with six or more ground balls during the season, including a season-high eight at Lebanon Valley on March 4. She also recorded six ground balls against both Mary Washington and Ursinus while forcing a season-best four caused turnovers in each contest.
During postseason play, Anderson contributed key defensive performances, including two draw controls in the Centennial Conference semifinal victory over Swarthmore and a game-high five ground balls with three caused turnovers in Haverford's NCAA Tournament second-round matchup against Tufts.
