HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) has released its final Division III poll of the 2026 season, with Haverford (14-7) ranked No. 22.
Women's Lacrosse continued its rise as one of the nation's premier programs in 2026, capturing the top seed in the Centennial Conference Tournament for the first time and advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive season. The Fords have now reached three straight NCAA Tournaments and four in the last five years, further cementing their place among the nation's best during a historic era for the program.
Seniors Brooke Epstein and Lauren Anderson were each named to the 2026 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III All-America teams, the organization announced Friday. Epstein was named to the second team, while Anderson earned a third-team nod.Â
Middlebury finishes at No. 1 after winning its fifth straight national title. National runner-up Wesleyan checks in at No. 2 while Haverford's second-round opponent, Tufts, finished third and the other national semifinalist Salisbury was ranked fourth. Rounding out the Top 5 is Trinity (Conn.), which advanced to the NCAA Quarterfinals after postseason wins over No. 17 Franklin & Marshall and No. 8 Pomona-Pitzer.
In total, 25 teams are represented in the poll, with voters, representing college coaches from across the nation, reflecting on the latest developments in women's lacrosse. The rankings are based on weekly performances, with the poll set to be released each Monday throughout the season.
