Softball Announces 2026 Schedule

HAVERFORD, Pa. — The Haverford College softball team has released its schedule for the 2026 season. Head coach Kate Gatti returns for her ninth year at the helm, as the Fords look to return to the Centennial Conference Championship tournament for the first time since 2019, when Haverford finished as the conference runner-up.

The 2026 campaign opens at home on Feb. 28, as the Fords welcome Arcadia to Class of '95 Field for a season-opening doubleheader. Haverford then opens the month of March with another home contest, hosting Widener on March 3 before heading south for a challenging slate of Spring Break games from March 7–14.

The Scarlet and Black travel to Media, Pa, on March 17 to take on nearby foe Penn State Brandywine, followed by a home contest against Gwynedd Mercy on March 19. Haverford remains at Class of '95 Field on March 26 for a doubleheader against DeSales.

Centennial Conference play begins on the road to close out March, with the Fords traveling to Dickinson on March 28 before visiting Ursinus on March 31.

April opens with a key home conference doubleheader against Franklin & Marshall on April 4. Haverford stays home on April 7 to host Washington College before returning to the road to face Atlantic East opponent Neumann on April 9.

Non-conference action continues April 11 with a home doubleheader against Wilkes, before the Fords square off with Hood Trophy rival Swarthmore in a road matchup on April 14. Gettysburg visits Class of '95 Field on April 18, followed by Muhlenberg on April 21 in the final home doubleheader of the regular season. Haverford closes the regular season on the road at McDaniel on April 25.

The double-elimination Centennial Conference Championship tournament is scheduled for April 28, April 30, May 2, and May 3, with sites to be determined.

All Haverford home games will be streamed live on the Centennial Conference Digital Network, which is available via web, mobile app, and streaming platforms including Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Android TV, and Roku.
