HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College men's squash team placed five members of the team on the College Squash Association (CSA) Scholar-Athlete listing, as announced by the governing body of collegiate squash in a release on Wednesday.
Honorees from Haverford included juniors Daniel Braun, Arvin Krishnan and Qianzhi Zhao along with seniors Aaryaman Jaising and Kai Schinaman. Jaising, Schinaman, and Zhao all add the honor to All-Liberty League recognition last month.
To be eligible for the honor, a student-athlete must be a two-time varsity letter winner at the school she is currently attending and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above. The student-athlete must also be a junior or senior and have played a top-10 ladder position for the majority of scheduled CSA sanctioned matches during the season.
The academic honors add to a year of plaudits for the Haverford program. After capturing the 2026 Conroy Cup at the CSA Divisional Team Championships in Philadelphia, Haverford finished the 2026 campaign with the first divisional title since a 2017 Chaffee Cup Championship.
