HAVERFORD, Pa – Last Saturday afternoon, September 27, the Haverford College women's lacrosse program welcomed back 33 alumni for the annual alumni game on Swan Field. The alums took the field against the current squad in a spirited scrimmage that provided valuable live-game experience for the team as it prepares for the upcoming season in the spring. The event featured a strong turnout in particular from the NCAA tournament-bound Class of 2022, which returned in full.
The night before the game, the team joined the Haverford men's lacrosse program in hosting a social gathering in Philadelphia that brought together alumni and current players. The event gave alumnae the chance to reconnect with former teammates, while providing current student-athletes valuable opportunities to network and learn about the diverse career paths Haverford graduates have pursued.
