Christiana Ogunsami joined the Haverford College women's soccer team as an assistant coach ahead of the 2026 fall season.
Ogunsami most recently served as the head girls varsity soccer coach at Haddonfield Memorial High School in Haddonfield, New Jersey, during the 2025 season. She oversaw all aspects of the program, including training, tactical preparation, player development and game-day management.
From 2020 to 2024, Ogunsami served as an assistant coach at Division I Drexel University, working primarily with the Dragons' goalkeepers. She assisted with technical goalkeeper training, developed individualized development plans and contributed to team training and game strategy. She also helped coordinate mental skills programming, community outreach, fundraising and alumni activities.
Ogunsami has served as a technical goalkeeper coach with the Keeper Institute in Sewell, New Jersey, since 2015, working with goalkeepers on technical development and the mental aspects of the position. She has also served as a volunteer coach at Cherry Hill High School West since 2018, overseeing goalkeeper development and assisting with training and game preparation.
As a player, Ogunsami competed collegiately at Drexel from 2016 to 2018 after beginning her career at Vanderbilt University from 2014 to 2016. Following her collegiate career, she was a trialist with Sky Blue FC before playing professionally with FF Lugano Femminile in Switzerland in 2019.
Ogunsami earned a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in clinical psychology from West Chester University in 2025 after earning a Master of Science in clinical psychology from West Chester in 2022. She earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Drexel in 2018.
Ogunsami holds a U.S. Soccer Federation F License and 11v11 Grassroots License, along with a Human Kinetics coaching certification. She is also affiliated with United Soccer Coaches and the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.
