Anna Devlin

Anna Devlin joined the Haverford College women’s lacrosse coaching staff ahead of the 2025–26 academic year, bringing with her both high-level playing experience and a strong background in athletic operations and leadership.

Before arriving at Haverford, Devlin served as the Main Tent Director for STEPS Lacrosse in Randolph, N.J., overseeing operations for major youth lacrosse tournaments and acting as the primary liaison for coaches, parents, officials, and event staff. She also gained athletic administration experience as an intern with the Rider University Athletic Department, where she supported Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) research, maintained a transfer portal database, and contributed to community engagement and game-day operations.

As a student-athlete, Devlin built a standout collegiate career at both Rider University and The College of New Jersey (TCNJ). She competed at the Division I level for Rider in 2025, serving as team captain and earning College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors. At TCNJ, she was recognized among the nation’s top Division III players, earning IWLCA Third Team All-America honors in 2023 and multiple all-region and all-conference accolades. She consistently ranked among the New Jersey Athletic Conference’s most dynamic offensive players and was a three-time NJAC All-Academic honoree.

Devlin earned her Master of Arts in Athletic Leadership with a concentration in Athletics Leadership from Rider University in 2025, after completing her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences at TCNJ in 2023. A native of Marmora, N.J., she officially began her duties with Haverford on September 2, 2025.
