Haverford College

Will Kemp has joined the Haverford College men’s soccer staff as an assistant coach for the 2025 season, bringing with him over a decade of experience in both collegiate and club soccer.

Since 2018, Kemp has owned and operated Kemp Soccer Development, an organization dedicated to advancing youth soccer across the tri-state area through camps, clinics, and private training. Under his leadership, the program has created multiple regional girls’ and boys’ select squads that competed both domestically and in Europe, in addition to training U23 teams to maintain form during the offseason.

Kemp currently serves as the Director of Coaching for the Cohansey Soccer Club, following a five-year tenure as the South Jersey Director for Next Gen USA. Licensed by the USSF, he began his coaching career with the Camden County men’s team from 2018–2019. He then spent three seasons as an assistant coach with the Wilmington University women’s soccer program before becoming the head coach of the Schalick High School girls’ soccer team, where he is currently. 

A 2013 graduate of Rowan University, Kemp earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
