Led the team in goals (23), points (26), shots (74), and shots on goal (47) … Added three assists, picked up 11 ground balls, and caused two turnovers … Scored nine goals in the first four games of the season as he had a hat trick and one assist against Eastern (2/25) to go along with two-goal performances at Cabrini (2/18), Stockton (3/1), and Randolph-Macon (3/4) … Recorded at least one goal in each of the last nine games as he scored in 13 of the team’s 15 contests and had a point in 14 different contests … Tallied a hat trick and an assist against Swarthmore (4/29) … Also had multi-goal outings against McDaniel (3/25), Dickinson (4/8), and Ursinus (4/22), scoring game-winning goals against the Green Terror and Bears … Finished with single goals against Stevens (3/18), Muhlenberg (3/29), Franklin & Marshall (4/1), Washington College (4/12), and Gettysburg (4/15) with an assist at Gwynedd Mercy (3/8). 

2016: Appeared in 11 games … Scored a goal and registered an assist in his collegiate debut against Cabrini (2/20) … Also tallied a goal in the win against McDaniel (4/2) … Finished the year with 23 shots, putting 12 of those attempts on goal … Picked up 11 ground balls, including a season-high four against Randolph-Macon (2/28) … Caused two turnovers.

High School: Lettered in lacrosse and soccer … All-American in lacrosse … Two-time first-team all-state honoree … Two-time first-team All-Classic 8, earning honorable mention an additional season … Two-time Offensive MVP … Played on Golden Eagles Elite club team … Wyldlife Leader.

Personal: Son of Jessica and Ned Frost … Has two younger siblings, Jonathan and Caroline ... Brother Jonathan '21, is also a member of the Haverford College men's lacrosse team.
