HAVERFORD, Pa. — Haverford College men's soccer sophomore forward Charles Sharp was named the Centennial Conference Co-Offensive Player of the Week following a seven-point week, the conference announced Tuesday. He splits the award with McDaniel's Nicholas Clarke. Sharp scored three goals and added an assist across two victories as the Fords extended their unbeaten streak to 27 consecutive matches.

The Denver native opened the week with a goal in Haverford's 4-0 victory over Delaware Valley at Swan Field. Sharp placed two of his four shots on goal as the Fords scored three times after halftime to pull away from the Aggies. Sharp then delivered a five-point performance Saturday as Haverford opened Centennial Conference play with a 3-1 victory over Gettysburg. He contributed to all three goals, scoring twice and assisting Thomas Vanni's first-half tally. His second goal against the Bullets provided insurance in the 80th minute and capped another multi-goal performance.

Sharp finished the week with three goals, one assist and seven points while placing five of his eight shots on goal. The Regis Jesuit graduate ranks fourth in NCAA Division III with seven total goals and eighth with 16 total points. His 1.0 goals per game rank 11th nationally and lead the Centennial Conference. Sharp is also third nationally in game-winning goals and 14th in points per game at 2.29.

Sharp's production has helped Haverford remain unbeaten through seven matches. The Fords' 27-match unbeaten run dates to September 2025 and is the longest active streak in Division III men's soccer.

Haverford next  returns to action on Tuesday, September 22, heading to Penn State Brandywine for a matinee at 4 p.m.
