COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Haverford College senior midfielder Erica Pardón has been named to the 2026 NFHCA Division III Watchlist, powered by Performance Sports Events (PSE), the National Field Hockey Coaches Association announced Thursday.
Pardón is one of 204 Division III student-athletes selected for the national preseason watchlist. The honor recognizes student-athletes who have demonstrated a high level of achievement and possess strong potential for NFHCA All-Region and All-America consideration during the upcoming season.
A second-team NFHCA All-Region V and All-Centennial Conference selection in 2025, Pardón started all 20 games for the Fords during a standout junior campaign. She led Haverford with 26 points, recording eight goals and a team-best 10 assists. Pardón finished tied for fifth in the Centennial Conference in points and ranked second in the conference in assists. Her 10 assists also tied her for 20th among all Division III players nationally.
The Haverford midfielder delivered several pivotal performances throughout the season. Pardón registered two goals against Eastern and contributed a goal and two assists against Stockton. She scored the game-winning goal in Haverford's victory over No. 12 SUNY Cortland before adding a goal and two assists against No. 12 Rowan.
Pardón also produced a goal and an assist against both Alvernia and McDaniel. In the opening round of the Centennial Conference Tournament, she netted the game-winning goal against rival Swarthmore. Pardón finished the season with three game-winning goals and a team-high 36 shots on goal.
The Watchlist selection is the latest honor for Pardón, who earned honorable mention All-Centennial Conference recognition in 2024 before moving up to the second team in 2025. She is also a two-time College Sports Communicators Academic All-District At-Large honoree and a three-time member of the NFHCA National Academic Squad.
Student-athletes were nominated for the Watchlist by their NFHCA member coaches and were required to have earned qualifying field hockey recognition within the previous two seasons. Selection to the Watchlist highlights returning and emerging standouts entering the 2026 campaign but does not guarantee NFHCA postseason recognition.
