HAVERFORD, Pa. - Due to inclement weather in the Delaware Valley region, the Haverford College baseball and softball contests scheduled for Thursday, March 5 have been postponed.
Haverford baseball's non-conference matchup at Rowan has been rescheduled for Wednesday, April 15, with first pitch slated for 3:30 p.m. in Glassboro, N.J.
The Fords will next take the field over spring break at the Gene Cusic Collegiate Classic in Fort Myers, Fla., opening play against Baldwin Wallace on Sunday, March 8 at 3 p.m.
Softball's home doubleheader against Widener at Class of '95 Field, originally scheduled for 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Thursday has also been postponed. The Fords and Pride will now face off on April 2 at Class of '95 Field with first pitch times of 3 p.m, and 5 p.m. . The Fords will also head to spring break and open the 2026 season on Sunday at The Spring Games in Clermont, Fla., with matchups against Nichols (10 a.m.) and Skidmore (12:15 p.m.).
