Punch Maleka has joined the Haverford College men’s tennis team as an assistant coach for the 2025–26 season, bringing extensive playing and coaching experience to the Fords.

Since 2018, Maleka has owned and operated his own training company, ONE2PUNCHTENNIS, where he coaches and mentors competitive junior players preparing for regional and national tournaments. Prior to founding his company, he served as a Performance Coach at the Julian Krinsky School of Tennis from 2004–2018, also holding the role of Group Director for Advanced Juniors until 2013.

Maleka has also worked with several world-class professionals, serving as a hitting partner for former World No. 1 Jelena Jankovic during the 2010 US Open and for Jennifer Capriati at the 2004 Advanta Championships in Philadelphia. He currently coaches Donald Ramphadi, a Quad Wheelchair player ranked No. 9 in the world.

As a player, Maleka reached a career-high ATP singles ranking of No. 619 in 1999.
