Megan Pauley enters her second year on the Fords coaching staffin the 2014-15 season.

Pauley graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2012with a joint degree in psychology and sociology. While at F&M,Pauley was a four-year starter for the women’s basketballteam. Voted to serve as team captain for two seasons, Pauley earnedhonorable mention all-conference recognition as a junior andsenior. Pauley was also a three-year starter for the Dips’softball squad and was a student representative on the DiplomatAthletic Leadership Council.

Pauley remained on the F&M basketball bench as a volunteerassistant coach for the 2012-13 season  with a focus onrecruiting, video breakdown and game day coaching. She currentlyteaches kindergarten in Camden, N.J., as part of the Teach forAmerica national service corps.
