Haverford College

Jill Glessner brings over 15 years of experience in collegiate athletics, having served as a student-athlete, coach, and administrator. At Dartmouth College, she most recently led fundraising efforts as Associate Director for Athletics Fundraising, helping to raise over $7 million in current-use support across 19 varsity and 35 club programs. Her work included securing major gifts, cultivating strong donor relationships, and managing volunteer engagement efforts.

As Haverford’s inaugural Director of Athletics Development, Jill will collaborate with the Assistant Vice President & Campaign Director of Institutional Advancement to create a comprehensive fundraising strategy aimed at growing philanthropic support from alumni, parents, and friends. In partnership with the Athletics Department and across the College, she will advance initiatives that enhance the student-athlete experience, facilities, and operations while building a culture of giving aligned with Haverford’s 2024-25 Athletics Action Plan.
