Andrew Cornell ’19 immediately returned to his alma mater after a decorated playing career with the Haverford College cricket team. He has lent his vast knowledge of the sport as an assistant coach since the start of the 2019-20 season. Cornell was a two-year captain for the Fords and was named the team’s Best All-Arounder upon his graduation from Haverford. Earning a variety of awards for his play, Cornell was also named the team’s Best Fielder following his first-year on campus and the Best Batter at the conclusion of the 2017 campaign. Cornell graduated from Haverford with a degree in history.
