HAVERFORD, Pa -- The Haverford College men's and women's fencing programs welcomed back their alumni for the annual alumni bouts/reception on Saturday, November 22. Those bouts were followed by a banquet where alumni had the opportunity to reconnect with past teammates and students were able to make connections with alumni to learn about career paths that past Haverford fencers have taken. 

Alumni in attendance included Rebecca A Osbaldeston '24, Daniel Carvalho '24, Deep Patel '25, Sophie Gardiner '25, Joselyne Malan '25, Jack Greff '25, and Vivek Vevulali '25. 

Both men's and women's fencing will resume their competitive schedules this weekend at the Carla-Mae Richards Invitational which is scheduled for Sunday, December 7. Hosted by Brandeis this year, the Fords will match up with Penn State, MIT, SJU, Lawrence, Boston College, Wellesley, Wheaton, Cornell, and Brandeis throughout the day. Fencing will get underway at 9 a.m.
