Tejan Walcott ’17 joins an exclusive club as a Centennial Conference Champion both as a player and a coach. Walcott won two Centennial Conference Championships as a player during his final two seasons and helped the Fords recapture the conference crown in his return to the sidelines as an assistant coach in 2018.
A three-time All-Centennial Conference forward, Walcott scored 22 goals and assisted on seven more during his collegiate career as he helped guide Haverford to a pair of Centennial Conference Championships as a junior and senior. In just his short time helping the program, he has already tutored forward Nick Jannelli ’20 to Centennial Conference Player of the Year honors during the Fords’ 2018 Championship season.
The Fords finished with the best regular season record in the Centennial Conference during three of his four seasons and also made three appearances in the Centennial Conference Championship match. Walcott’s 78 career games played ranked second in school history at the time of his graduation. He started 64 of those matches during his career.
